Meet our employee of the quarter, Brooke Reese, Search Services Specialist. She has been with CWS since July 2013, making this month her 1.5 year mark! Take some time to get to know her below.

What is one piece of advice you always tell your  dealers?
I tell our dealers that communication is key.  When they share their marketing goals with the search team, we can tailor our optimization to drive the right traffic to their sites and get the best results.

What is your greatest accomplishment at CWS?
I passed Bing’s Accredited Professionals exam to become a Bing Ads Accredited Professional.  But more generally, getting a vote of confidence from my clients is an accomplishment that I strive for every day.

What is your favorite part about working at CWS?
Each day is a new adventure!  The world of SEO is ever-changing and each dealer’s site presents a different set of challenges to work through.  Also, I have a fantastic team. We help each other stay up-to-date on new developments in organic and paid optimization, and create a positive environment for learning and collective problem solving.
