It’s time to introduce you to another new employee! Today, meet Josh Uher, who is one of our Customer Service Representatives.

My name is Josh Uher, I am currently transferring to Old Dominion University from TCC, a local community college, to finish my degree in Computer Science. I was born in New Jersey and lived there for thirteen years. My greatest childhood memory was going with my brothers and Dad to the New York Giants games. I have been a HUGE Giants fan ever since. I moved to Chicks Beach in Virginia Beach at age thirteen and immediately fell in love with the ocean. My favorite things to do are messing around with computers, wakeboarding and playing golf.  

1. How Long have I been with CWS and what is my current role?

I was hired March 1st, 2016 as a Customer Service Representative. I have always believed that the customer service aspect of a company is just as important as the product the company is selling. I bring that type of attitude with me to work every day. Customers will call or email me with issues, questions, or concerns and it’s my job to address them quickly and cheerfully. Customer service is not a department; it’s truly a philosophy that must be embraced by everyone in the organization.

2. What is one piece of advice I want my dealers to know?

One piece of advice I like to give our dealers is to keep calling us! Keep the questions and the website updates moving frequently. This is a business where we help each other grow.

3. What is your greatest accomplishment at CWS?

Everyday since I was hired, I have tried to learn and grow as a more capable CWS employee. My greatest accomplishment thus far has to have something to do with the amount of questions I ask my co-worker John. During my first month, I must have peaked over my cubicle to ask him a question somewhere between 30 and 50 times a day. Fortunately, between his awesome teaching abilities and my readiness to learn, I have cut that number by two-thirds.

4. What is your favorite part  about working at CWS?

CWS is like no other company I have ever worked for. The employees are not only truly happy to be here, but they’re happy to help and work as a team to take this company to the top. It’s an extremely inspiring environment to be around and I’m lucky to call CWS my place of work.
