Many of our dealers have experienced an increase of SPAM leads coming from their websites. We have added reCAPTCHA, Google’s leading SPAM catching tool, to all of your dealership’s website forms. This simple tool is invisible to SPAM bots, but asks the human user to click to confirm they are not a robot. This should greatly reduce your SPAM leads, freeing up your inbox and lead manager so you are only reviewing and responding to REAL leads!
For those dealers that sell new OEM products, you are now able to easily suppress the models that you don’t and/or aren’t authorized to carry. This means that your showrooms now accurately represent the inventory you can sell, creating a better experience for you and your customers. To suppress models and update your current showrooms, please email support@commercialwebservices.com.
Previously, dealers were able to quickly activate or deactivate an inventory model via the inventory manager tool. This functionality was briefly unavailable after our upgrade, but it’s now back! This is another feature that greatly impacts your efficiencies when it comes to managing your inventory in the platform.
Dealers that are exporting their inventory to any of the Marketplace or OEM Used websites that we are partnered with now have the ability to opt-in to email notifications when leads are entered from one of these sources. This email notification is very similar to the one that they receive today when a lead is entered on their website, but includes the name of the lead source.
Up until now, the only display option for inventory pricing was a dollar amount, or “Request a Quote”. With this latest enhancement, our customers now have the ability to customize the pricing text displayed on their website.
Dealers utilizing showrooms with promotional offers now have the ability to automatically activate these. All that is needed is a quick flick of a switch on the OEM Promotions page, in the upper right corner, and any new promotions entered will appear on the dealer’s website.
Social media share buttons have been added to inventory detail pages for each piece of inventory on your website. This allows website visitors a quick and easy way to share your inventory across various social platforms, increasing your potential exposure to new audiences.
