REDESIGN OF YOUR INVENTORY DETAIL PAGES

Last month we added additional Call To Actions on these pages, and we are happy to say that it has led to more direct connections coming into our dealers’ websites. This month, these pages received a redesign that encourages visitors to take action.

 

This redesign includes moving description text and specification text side by side, eliminating visitors need to click multiple buttons to get the information they need, as well as a greater emphasis on model information and current pricing. We also moved the Call To Actions up higher on the page to entice visitors to take action, as well as included your dealership’s phone number on each inventory listings’ detail page.

REDESIGN OF INVENTORY LISTINGS PAGES

In an attempt to get your visitors to take action, we have updated your inventory listings pages to include your dealership’s phone number (or Call Now button on mobile), “Request a Quote” Call To Action, and an image counter letting visitors know to check out additional photos on the details page. Previously, listings only allowed visitors to click “View Details,” so with these additional changes, we anticipate visitors to take action right away when they see something that interests them.  

DEFAULT SEO META TITLES AND DESCRIPTIONS ADDED

To help optimize your website for search engines, we have added default meta titles and descriptions to these primary website pages: inventory, service, parts, and contact us. This feature does not apply to any custom pages on your website. If you already have our SEO services, this update did NOT overwrite any work our search team has done on your website. ADDITIONAL FORMS NOW AVAILABLE

Two new form types have been created and released for our dealers to use on their websites – Model Request and Consignment. These forms were requested by our dealers, and we are happy to provide them to you so you can capture even more connections. To activate these forms, please reach out to your support team at support@commercialwebservices.com.

LEAD ACCESS MODIFICATIONS

Assigned leads should only be viewable to the person those leads are assigned to unless you have Dealer Admin access, so we have added lead access permissions to each user’s settings. Please take some time to update your lead access permissions to ensure users are only seeing those leads important to them.

INCREASED SECURITY MEASURES TO FILTER OUT SPAM LEADS

We know that SPAM leads have been causing headaches for our dealers, so we have implemented some additional measures to help eliminate these leads from being submitted on your website. You should expect to see a decrease in SPAM leads over the next few weeks. If you are seeing a common theme of SPAM leads coming in, such as a medication name or business name, please email support@commerialwebservices.com so we can remove these.
