Employee Spotlight: Jen Moore

Meet Jen Moore, Senior DNS Specialist and our employee of the quarter. She has been with CWS for 5 years now, and this past month received a promotion to Senior DNS Specialist. She is the epitome of great customer service as she is continually putting the customer’s needs first and searching for new solutions to make our customer’s experiences with us even better. Don’t ever hesitate to contact me if you have questions! If I am unable to get the answers you’re in need of I will direct you to someone who can.

What is your greatest accomplishment at CWS?
There is an old saying that reads “It takes a tiny match to light a big torch”.  That being said, I believe that my greatest accomplishment is the day to day assisting and educating our customers with email accounts, DNS settings and domain names.

What is your favorite part about working at CWS?
Working with so many amazing people!!!!  Our customers are the best and I enjoy serving them! I am also honored to be part of the CWS family, it is truly a privilege to work with such talented, competent and wonderful people. I am extremely thankful for this!
