2. Chat:  Users are increasingly becoming more technology-savvy and looking for quick and efficient ways to communicate with brands. While picking up the phone is always an important option to have, with new generations coming in with a different approach to communication it’s good to have a way to accommodate their communication styles as well. 3. Pay to Play: As we continue to find more ways to provide measurable results on social, we also see the unfortunate demise of organic reach, meaning the total number of unique people who were shown your post through unpaid distribution as described by Facebook. Unfortunately, in order to get more eyes on your posts, social networking sites are looking for ad dollars to back them. These networking sites know they’re the future of advertising and are making strategic business decisions to solidify that.
